Robert Downey Jr. already has the role, and he's perfect for it.
 
If Sean Bean played Thor i would crap myself.
 
Jamie Bamber, from Battlestar Galactica, would make a good cap in my opinion.
 
Again, Already happening...puny Banner seems a little better cast than not-so-puny Bana.
Sam Jackson also already has the role, and is rumored to appear in Iron Man and/or The Incredible Hulk.
